Meetings on the educational publication of the 35th Bienal – Conversation about childhood with Sandra Benites, Regina Aparecida Pereira and Cíntia Aparecida Delgado

On 7 October, a meeting about the 35th Bienal’s educational publication will take place at Denise Ferreira da Silva’s installation, in a conversation about childhood which features Sandra Benites, Regina Aparecida Pereira and Cíntia Aparecida Delgado, from Quilombo Cafundó, a participant in the 35th Bienal. Result of the education team’s dialogue with Sandra Benites, based on the text Nhe’ẽ para os Guarani (Nhandewa e Mbya), included in the educational publication of the 35th Bienal, the meeting proposes a conversation about the meanings of being a child in Indigenous and Quilombola communities, about traditional pedagogical practices and the recognition of these communities as educational territories.
