Performance – Davi Pontes e Wallace Ferreira – Repertoire n. 3

On December 6, Wednesday, the performance Repertoire n. 3, by Davi Pontes and Wallace Ferreira, will take place at the 35th Bienal de São Paulo.

The final part of a trilogy, the central question in this artistic, poetic, choreographic and theoretical work is: how can we create a dance of self-defense? The proposed strategy starts from the acceptance of the fact that violence is not unscathed by Black bodies and seeks to create possibilities and conceive self-defense tactics in dance to confront physical, imaginary and epistemological violence.
