An event on the afternoon of April 26th gathered about 35 people on the auditorium of Sesc Sorocaba. Galit Eilat and Benjamin Seroussi, from the curatorial team of 31st Bienal, mediated the debate. Founded in 1684, Sorocaba is about 62 miles away from São Paulo. A railroad museum, churches, a zoo and one of the oldest medicine schools in São Paulo state are some of the city sights and attractions.
